Recently, the annual international hotel and catering exhibition BBB in Maastricht (hereinafter referred to as BBB Exhibition) was held in the Netherlands.
The show, which has been held since 1954, is an important exhibition in the field of hotel, hospitality and catering supplies and equipment in the Netherlands. Orion Star's delivery robot Lucki (beckoning leopard overseas version) and intelligent hospitality service robot Leopard Little Secret mini travelled to other countries to show the strength of Chinese robots to foreign exhibitors.
It is worth noting that Orion Star has set up a "flash" restaurant with a total area of 100 square metres at its booth, allowing guests to experience the functions of the robots themselves and their daily work through the reproduction of real scenes. The Leopard Mini and Lucki are both functional and practical.
At the entrance of the flash mob restaurant, Leopard mini was the most adorable "doorman", attracting a lot of attention to the flash mob restaurant. When guests stop by to watch, Leopard Mini will greet them warmly and introduce the restaurant's menu and other relevant information. When diners are bored of waiting for a table, Leopard Mini can also perform a fun dance for them, which is a great experience.
As an intelligent hospitality service robot, Leopard mini is equipped with skills such as customer sales, VIP reception, remote control, intelligent Q&A, minimal deployment and personalised explanation, and can also provide three remote control modes: HD video call, remote monitoring and remote navigation; it adopts the industry's easiest-to-use map building system, easily adapting to indoor scenes such as lobbies, corridors, lifts and carpets; most importantly, it can also be developed according to The most important thing is that it can also be developed twice according to the needs of customers to meet the customised needs of specific scenarios.

As the main product of Orion Star overseas, Lucki showed us its excellent restaurant service capability. When the exhibitors passed by the entrance of the flash restaurant, Lucki immediately turned into a "customer service agent", introducing the information of the restaurant's dishes to the exhibitors, beckoning them to enter the flash restaurant and leading them to the designated seats; after the exhibitors were seated, Lucki turned into a After the guests have been seated, Lucki will act as a "runner" to deliver delicious meals to the guests, and can also deliver food to different tables at one time and at multiple points, which greatly reduces the pressure on the restaurant's labour costs, increases the restaurant's table turnover rate and brings more revenue to the restaurant.
Lucki has excellent 3D depth detection capability, which allows it to scan the surrounding environment at high speed and return the sensory signal with zero delay, ensuring safe obstacle avoidance, smooth travel and accurate navigation. At the same time, the pallet can carry up to 10 kg on a single layer and a maximum load of 40 kg. The multi-layered, free-assembly and 360° removable design, together with a multi-sensor fusion sensing system and a high-performance chassis with automotive-grade independent suspension, ensure smooth and smooth delivery in complex environments.

In addition to the restaurant, Lucki has also been deployed in a public library in McKinney, USA, where it has been developed by the partners to suit the library scenario. Lucki not only guides visitors to the library, provides them with book information, answers their questions about the library, directs them to where they want their books, but also helps to keep the library orderly and tidy by placing books on the correct shelves after they have finished reading.
As a technology company representing intelligent manufacturing in China, Orion Star has been working for many years in the field of intelligent service robots, and its robotics solutions have been applied in as many as 20 scenarios and have landed in various scenarios in dozens of countries around the world.
