On January 7, 2026, the international student exchange event “Cross-Cultural Integration: Building Career Dreams,” jointly organized by the OLA team and Soochow University, was successfully held in Suzhou. The event brought together outstanding international student representatives from Central Asia, Japan, Thailand, Indonesia, and other countries to explore new opportunities for career development in the context of global integration.

The exchange focused on three core topics: corporate globalization and international expansion trends, the career development paths of international talents, and cross-cultural communication and university-enterprise collaboration. Corporate representatives shared the new paradigm of "going global and deeply integrating" in global market expansion and provided a detailed interpretation of the market demand for versatile talents with cross-cultural communication skills and a global perspective. International students shared their experiences of studying and living in China and engaged in lively and in-depth discussions with corporate representatives on topics such as cross-cultural adaptation and skill development.

The event was highly fruitful. Participating students stated that it not only helped them plan their career paths more clearly and master practical cross-cultural workplace skills but also provided them with a more intuitive and in-depth understanding of the globalization strategies and culture of Chinese enterprises.

More importantly, the event facilitated the establishment of substantive cooperation mechanisms. OLA and Soochow University reached a consensus to jointly build a long-term exchange mechanism and a talent empowerment platform. Soochow University will leverage its high-quality educational resources to cultivate and supply international reserve talents with both professional competencies and cross-cultural literacy for enterprises.

The success of this event represents an innovative practice that uses "cross-cultural integration" as a bond to precisely connect the global talent needs of enterprises with the growth paths of international students. In the future, OLA will continue to deepen its cooperation with top institutions like Soochow University, striving to build an efficient talent hub. This hub will not only support Chinese enterprises in achieving steady and long-term development on the global stage but also contribute to promoting economic, cultural, and people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries.
